The location was very central, favourable in the heart of the shopping district. The staff was accommodating and around most of the time. The room was clean with the large balcony, shower, large windows, everything was great.

I truly enjoyed staying in this 4 star hotel. I've had beautiful and new-fashioned room with the large balcony, spacious shower, large windows. Its location at a short distance from Laugavegur was absolutely perfect and excellent.

Had a just perfect stay during our city break. The room was nice styled and immaculately clean, comfortable bed. We were in a perfect and excellent location not too far from a Lutheran parish church. The attached restaurant was excellent and their staff was genuinely helpful and extremely helpful.

Everything was clean and great. The employees of the hotel were welcoming. The location was favourable, around 10-15 minutes walk from a Lutheran parish church. Visited few places in the center, around 10-15 minutes walk from the property. Nothing to complain about, the venue met all required needs, couldn't recommend more it.

The hotel staff was not that friendly.

loved staying at this modern hotel in Reykjavik! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the nespresso machine in the room was a great perk for early mornings. The location is perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby and everything in the old city within easy reach. Can't wait to go back!

hotel was clean and chic with welcoming staff and stunning location in the centre of town. i thoroughly enjoyed the location in the middle of the city. found a place called rossopomodoro, set just close to the venue, ate there a few times. the stay was such great.
